Induction Process for New Faculty Members
Requirements: FY faculty members will
· attend all Title III workshops;
· participate in videotaping and self-assessment each semester;
· participate in classroom observation and conferencing each semester;
· meet individually with mentors;
· participate in informational/discussion meetings on various topics.

Mentors are also encouraged to
arrange additional meetings and to participate in
activities of new faculty
induction as often as possible.
